Founders have a corporate governance and management background and experience in board engagements. We also have experience in risk analysis, root cause analysis, audit, finance and compliance. This goes a long way in investor readiness and governance. Further, We also offer sector specific capacity building and raise awareness on requirements, market regulations and compliance and import-export trade licensing requirements.
This is an initiative of female founders who understand the female demographics and their struggles in the business world especially for women led MSMEs. We are also adding the female founders who can funnel in the government’s AGPO requirements.
We contribute to the growth and sustainability of MSMEs through business development services since they form the highest employer pool as well as one of the highest contributors of the GDP yet without much growth. Creating Sustainable business practices as well as understanding how to run businesses will reduce the closure rate of business from the average 3.8 years of 75% of businesses to growth and profitability. This will reduce poverty, ensure a decent income as well as grow some businesses significantly to unicorn level and highly contribute to the economic growth. Governance, Good management and oversight for CBOs and Self help groups will ensure successful businesses and therefore decent work and income for all individuals.
The startups ecosystem currently needs business development services for them to grow not only as an innovator but as a functional business with functional business practices to allow them to be sustainable.

Empowerment of women and youth who are both the highest employers and employees of the MSMEs yet do not get the highest value and opportunities in funding and exposure.
Our input on business practices, regulatory and compliance expectations of businesses will allow the businesses to venture out and add significantly to the existing 15% involvement in the global value chain.
Training and Supervising the Implementation of some of the Key Management Roles as a Business begins and the progresses i.e Monthly Reviews, Quality Assurance, process and policy manual development, New Regulations, Risk Analysis, Root Cause Analysis and Recommendations, KYC AND AML training and implementation.
We shall offer skill centric training for academic institutions and TVETs as well as businesses on growing and sustaining a business. We shall also offer mentorship and coaching.
The founders combined expertise and skill set in both public and private sectors will be instrumental in key stakeholder’s collaborations.
